We have a signed contract dated 02/16/2017 and I paid them $4,500.00 in February to get my cleaning company the 8(a) certification, and the EDWOSB certification. The person who signed for gsa-cms is Courtney Young, who doesn't even work there, they forged her signature, she works for another contracting company. I never gotten a receipt or a proof of submission of my application to the government.
Every time I inquired about the status of the application, they'll come up with a ton of excuses, either somebody died suddenly, somebody just had a surgery, or their system is down, their system is always down. In May 2018, I had the opportunity to bid on a huge contract and the only thing they needed me to provide was proof that my 8(a) and EDWOSB applications are in process with the government to qualify to bid.
I started calling, leaving messages even sending text messages to all 3 of these scammers to no avail. paul trebesh finally emailed me back saying i needed to upload the file into the system, the file they supposedly uploaded back in May 2017, and to what system am I supposed to upload it? he had no answer. What happened to the one you supposedly uploaded in May 2017...etc? no answer. charles davis changed his voicemail from saying his name..etc to simply saying "you have reached customer service", cherish jones fell off the surface of the earth.
I'm a single mom, they took my hard earned $4,500.00 and did not provide the services they promised to provide. I filed a complaint with the FL department of Agriculture, they reached out to them but they refused to reply. My next step is a lawsuit, not only have they lied and took my money, they caused me to lose a lot of opportunities at getting contracts with the government.
They are scammers, crooks, spineless and heartless. I'm not the 1st person they did this to I found out, and definitely not the last; they need to be stopped, arrested, and taking out of the streets! According to the contract we signed they told me my company qualifies for the EDWOSB certification, I just found out It doesn't, They clearly don't know what they're doing and need to be put away for life.

None of the companies they operate under has been around for 21 years. Here are a few companies. They keep making others. Sharing the same address with the same people.

It has not been over four months since signing a contract and paying and still excused after excuse and no refund. We have been a prime federal contractor for many years. We did another schedule ourselves. We just needed them to put it together and they refused to perform on their contract.
SHAME on them for taking advantage of this lady and then trying to shame her in this way.
Every time you file a rip off report - also file a report with the attorney general of your state.

GSA Contract Management services contracted with Mrs. Elodie Simons De Fanti and her business Heavenly Angles Cleaning Services to provide 8a certification consulting support as the processing agent for one of our network government services providers. GSA-CMS was only the processing support agent and we were simply paid to process the application with Elodie directly.
Mrs. Elodie is a fantastic person and a wonderful human being but she does lack the technical knowledge of using computers and business support software. GSA-CMS took all her hand written information and even paid to have our own CPA complete her 2015 and 2016 taxes with profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
We have completed every document request for her 8a submittal but they have asked for her 2017 taxes and she has not or will not make them available to us directly. GSA-CMS spent over 120 hours on her file and all we want to do is complete and submit her 8a application as our reputation and over a decade in the 8a government services industry is very important to our company's and its reputation.
This whole issue simply stems from her not wanting to supply her 2017 tax information as that is all that is required to submit her completed application. GSA-CMS even sent her the completed files for upload if she wanted to do it herself but she would still be required to supply her 2017 tax records. GSA-CMS is happy to assist her in the completion of her file if and when she supplies the required documentation as our reputation in the industry means everything to us.
If anyone is reading this please understand we have been in the government space for over 21 years and have processed 8a applications for over a decade and this is the first negative action that our company has received as customer service is our number one priority, as the customer is always correct.
