GT Media Work out ripoff West Chester Ohio
I placed an order Billy Blanks Elite workout dvd's advertised for 39.95. When I received them I was charged 95.58. I returned them and cancelled the membership. A few weeks later they mailed out another box of dvd's and charged my credit card another 35.80. I called to find out why I was still being shipped products after I had cancelled my order. A few weeks later a was shipped another package of vitamins and charged once again.
I called the company to find out why I was still being shipped products. I had to finaly have my credit card shut off to stop any more charges. Every time I called they assured me that my account was cancelled. I have returned the products, I mailed them on March 13, 2006 from the post office with a delivery confirmation. they received the products on March 16,2006.
I called them to find out why I still have not received a credit for these items, they told me that since I cancelled my credit card and did not want to give them my new credit card number that I would have to wait for a refund by mail. They have the products but will not refund my money
