Guardian Financial rip-off! Fraudulent Mastercard offer, bait and switch technique. Champlain New York
Just like many others say, Guardian Financial called with a mastercard offer, then records only the part of the conversation that they think they can pretend to be binding with a no cancellation policy. I told the "supervisor" this morning that I was writing down information from the beginning of the conversation including the names of some of the people with whom I spoke, before the recording and that part is not included: Reshika, Robbie were two of the people to whom I spoke. The supervisor who said there was nothing they could do from their end said his name is James Best; I now wonder if that is even legitimate.
I know I knew better, but got very suspicious after more than a month and I hadn't heard from them and each time I called, I got the "runaround" and evasive answers and even went so far as to tell me it was taking so long because some of the people have days off, go on vacation, etc. I told them there was nothing I could do with that packet they sent and no one ever said that was the "stuff" I would be receiving. I am livid at the moment, at myself for doing something that I definitely know better than to do and I didn't need the card anyway; however, they definitely caught me at a weak moment, early in the morning.
