Guardian Financial ripoff Champlain New York
One day i had been contacted by this institution regarding a unsecured mastercard with a credit limit of $3000. By working for American Express myself i know the business of credit cards. After several people from the company got on the phone and reassured me of the offer i accepted and authorized them too debit my account.
After a month or so i contacted the company too see where my card was and i was told that i had a package in the mail. Then i realized that something was not right, i didnt order a package i ordered a card. I received the package and it was a fraud, it was not what i was contacted about in any way. I called them immediately about it and was confronted by a very rude customer service rep that said i had purchased it and could not do a thing about it. I received my other credit cards from other institution the same way so i didnt think about it until i received this garbage from them.
I have contacted the company several times and wrote letters but never received anything back. I feel this injustice should be stopped and i will fight as hard as i can too stop it from happening to anyone else.
