Reno,
Lynn has a million and one excuses of why you hadn't received a puppy. Don't believe a word she says. These people are scam artists! I received a very sick puppy and am still trying to find out what is wrong with him. I sent all vet bills to Lynn who has totally cut off communication to me. Don't believe when she says they are having communication problems, again just another lie! I need to know if you actually received a puppy and what the condition of the puppy was in. By the way you did not receive "the pick of the litter" for I was told the same crap! Please let me know if you got your puppy.
Respectfully,
Enough

Hi Thank you so much for your email. I did send you a message and I am sincerely apologetic if you felt I took sides or other. I agree entirely I know in partial parts of the story. I intended no harm and only wanted to try to help get your money back.

Hello,
I just read your updated note and are upset that you spoke for the breeder and for myself. You do not know the facts and it was not fair for you to voice second hand information without realizing it was lies. My daughter has a life threatening disease that causes seisures in her sleep. She has had a service dog for 11 years but it is dying of cancer and we need to replace it. She is my young daughter, is her life less worthy because she is 23? I never said she was not 23. Also, the breeder has owed the $500 for 6 weeks now. Why would you believe she is planning to refund. I realize you did not mean any damage. Please, write about your own situation and do not write about others unless you know first hand from both sides on the updates. The McLeans are now being investigated by the FBI. AKC by shut down their paper rightd and the BBB and Alabama police are also investigating this. I will be happy to update. Just so you know, if you read the Google forums on these people you will find NUMEROUS people who have been screwed. This had absolutely NOTHING to do with breeding rights. Check their site. They simply charge more for full registration instead of limited reg. I found out thru other victims that they are using the SAME PHOTOS OF THE SAME PUPPIES FOR A YEAR. Thats right... you will not be receiving the little puppy with the red neck band if thats what you were promised. When I heard this, I simply asked for proof that this was indeed a recent photo. Never heard from them again except a text saying "YOU WILL BE REFUNDED NEXT TUESDAY". That was six weeks ago. If indeed they did not steal and cheat everyone, or at least alot of people, why do you think they have not defended themselves on here of on GOOGLE or with anyone else? They have numerous suits files against them.
In closing, I sincerely hope you receive a puppy on Sunday. I assure you it wont be the puppy in the photo, and are concerned it might be a backyard breeder pup purchased by them for much less. This is a 21 year old kid who is thinking he is really good at ripping people off. If you do not receive a puppy that you are happy with, please contact me at [email protected] and I will be happy to give you their street address and home/cell phone and other pertinent information for a law suit that was obtained by private investigation. I want you to know I was just sick when I read your initial report about losing that money. Even more sick about the disapointment that was felt by you Im sure. Now combine that feeling with knowing that you need that money back in order to obtain and start training a service dog neccessary to keep your daughter alive and well and realize how I feel. Please do not speak for the McLeans again. You do not know the facts and others need to be aware and warned. Perhaps they deliver a pup every now and then, but be assured they are rip off artists that will be stopped. Thank you for your kind understanding and please do let us know if you receive your puppy. BTW, this dog delivery person that Lynn claims to have problems with is a family member of hers and she swore to me that he was extremely dependable. When I continually hear such difference in stories.. its cause for alarm.
Sincerely, Avenging Angel

I commented to the lady from Irvine who filed the first report and I filed a second report having experienced the same problem. Since that posting. As I stated in my report I called Lynn a total of 46 times yesterday, followed by numerous emails. Lynn did finally call me back. And much to my surprise and relief there were several reasonable explanations for the lack of communication. Although, not to excuse the sitation had communication been better we may all have avoided a terribly unplesant situation. Lynn spoke with for two hours last night explaining some challenges she had with a new driver for her pups. I did candidly ask her to explain the situation with the lady from Irvine and her little girl who did not get her puppy.
After a thorough discussion and evidence of her statments my understanding is now the following:
I understand that the $500 deposit is to be refunded to the lady from Irvine. For now I am willing to be open and optimistic that the entire situation is due to lack of communication rather than attempts to defraud anyone.
Good Luck to all. Once I get my puppy I am happy to and looking forward to being able to draft a very positive review.

reporter in Irvine. I am so terribly sorry for you and your family. I just read your report and can only imagine how upset your little girl must be. Unfortunately, I believe I am the second victim for December/January. While I am hoping there is some resonable explanation for the lack of communication from Guardians N Angels but like you I now have to consider and conclude that I have been had for $2500.00. Yes, I wired $2,500 to Lynn at Jacob McLean's account in Florala, Alabama.
I hope that this will be resolved with you getting your puppy and likewise, that I will get my puppy I paid for. If this is not the case I fully intended to exhaust all resources to pursue this breeder.
Good luck.

I've seen alot of different breeds of dogs as service animals, as well as other types of animals, but I don't think I've ever seen a doberman.
