Gunbrokers.com/206bailey 206bailey he is a ripoff bought muzzle loader was not as described refuses to give money back gunbrokers refuses to help seattle, Washington
I bought a percussion muzzleloader for a gift. I paid big bucks for it and when I got it, it was halfbackwards assembled. It was put together with wood screws and not the sheet metal or brass screws that would normally be used, the ramrod was to short. the brass plate on the bottom of the stock had wood screws in it, and did not fit properly, the forearm was the same. The stock was cracked from forcing the patch holder in to the stock. It was a bomb waiting to go off.
I returned the gun to him and it has been 2 weeks since he recieved it and now he refuses to return my money. Gunbrokers.com refuses to make him pay up. I found a phone number for gunbrokers.com and the only thing you get is "you have reached gunbrokers .com please dial the extension you need to reach, then hangs up. The seller refuses to correspond with me about my refund.
The guy is a total ripoff and refuses to provide his FFL. liscense so he must not have one but, he has apperently sold over 200 guns on gunbrokers.com you need a FFL to sell that many. He promised to mail it as soon as he rec'd payment and he did not. He held onto it for at least 3 or4 days before shipping and then he takes it to a drop location instead of a U.P.S. location. It took atleast 12 days to get here (VT.) from WA.
