I ordered from Mike's Magazines via Gunsamerica.com - two boxes of  Federal .22 HP ammo. The dealer sent me the wrong ammo, rejected my order so I was unable to provide feedback, and after making several promises to ship the correct product and never following through, stopped answering my phone calls, voicemails or emails.

When I contacted the web administrator and used their website resources to flag him as a fraudulent dealer, I was unable to get them to respond or help, even though I was able to provide them with all of the email correspondence before he stopped communicating showing he admitted he sent the wrong merchandise, and that I was just asking for a refund or my correct order. Mike's Magazines claims he was out of stock on what I wanted, even though he still shows it as available on the website.

Email string below of conversation from Mike's Magazines stating he sent the wrong merchandise and would make it right. After this, he stopped responding.

Linda, can you hold onto that until I can confirm I have 2 bricks?  I was supposed to get restocked today, but it didn't happen.  Anytime up to the next week or so, we should have more I am praying.

No problem, that stuff happens.   If you want, you can either send the one brick you have and refund the difference and we can re-order later, or hang on to the money and ship the other brick when it comes in.   I'll go ahead and send what I have back so you have it.

Right now, I have only one brick of HP.  It is the Federal.  I thought we were getting more today but it fell through.  I am flexible so let me know if you want to wait on another brick of HP or whatever you prefer.  I apologize about the mixup. Sincerely, Mike

Hello!   LOL, I just left you a voicemail, so you can ignore that!   I would keep it, but we needed hollow point and it doesn't appear any of these boxes are hollow point. Hi Linda.  I just checked and it looks like we labeled the wrong package to go to you and sent your rounds to another customer.  If you would like, we can replace what you received.  Let me know how I can help out.  The CCI, M22 and the automatch Federal are all higher quality and cost more than the Federal just so you know. Hi Mike,   I just received the shipment, but it's not what I ordered. I had ordered two bricks of Federal .22 LR HP.    I received 1 box of Winchester M22 LR, 1 box of Federal automatch .22, and 4 boxes of CCI .22 LR ammo.   Any ideas??   Lynda Roberts
