When ordering some clothing for my Mother in law online, I somehow inadvertently signed up for Haband's VIP plus program authorizing them to charge 14.97 monthly on my credit card.

I am very computer savvy and I order via the internet constantly and know better than to sign up for anything that would charge my credit card monthly but I missed it in this case.   It's also very sneaky that they charge you $14.97 which looks like it might be a purchase versus $15.00 which looks like a membership fee.

They charged me for five months - my bad for not paying closer attention to my credit card bills.  I noticed the charge on a prior month and assumed it was a backordered item that was just shipped later so when I noticed it again this month, I called.  They did agree to refund four months of payments.  I went back to try to recreate the problem but without ordering something, I couldn't do it.

The clothing is sold to senior citizens so I think it's just awful that they do this!

 Simply put, no one seems to notice $14.95 is monthly. They agreed to refund my monthly charge and like the others, did not see that nor do I think they were suprised I demanded stopping VIP and wanting everything but first Month back.
