hi, like all of you people i was lies to from start yet i went along with it hoping they will honor contract, promises they make before and after contract is signed.did not happened. finally after two years of paying $650 monthly and continued to have problems with wig and melting liquid glue and tapes also constant moving side to side and being loose I began demanding answers and services. they did nothing but put the blame on myself.see they have a booklet of excuses.while still a member i kept on demanding, I was again ignored so we argued and I made some calls to regional manager.not once he mike nesar returned my calls.but to receive a call from U.S.A telling me I can't have what I want and if don't like it here you can leave very rood. as soon as i mentioned lawyers she hanged up.
so the next day I faxed a letter explaining on going problems I have with the wig and taped,liquid glue and demanded refund! guess what happened hours later? afternoon the same day i get a call from my weekly branch that my membership is cancelled and if i showed they call on police and have me charged for trespassing. funny huh?i go what? what they wrote on a mailed letter to me is carved out of hollywood story's? <bad behaviour, harassments >so i was out.with old , deteriorating hair piece and bundle of accusations.this scum bag manager turned everything around all those arguments we had over my problems with wig,melting tapes and committed to conspiracy ,had few signatures....was used against me. they refused to return my products i paid for.rest of my money. called BBB but nothing,consumer protection office,nothing now a lawyer tells me i might have a chance. so am still fighting,don't give up.

hi, some wrote to me why i stopped posting,tweeting and stoped posting and write what hair club for men and women has inflicted on me ? first i thank all for kind e mails, and to add to that i will never stop until i get justice this you all can be sure of..the face of matter is that i was asked to give hair club time( by hair club attorney )so she can have sometime to investigate the manager out right lies using his self appointee sales person to commit to conspiracy all to mask what was my just complains and demanded refund when i felt I'm ignored whilst under attack by this so called manager and his sales person and bundle of unlawful accusations .the damage on me was to a degree that i can't even asleep good at nights . I been through a lot ever since,no hair piece,not knowing where i go from here on all and all was a sad summer and is on going. so i wait few more days knowing these two conspirators now fearful of being investigated by their own will continue to lie and just maybe get caught in the web of their own lies is a pleasure. my story and what this club and some of it's staff did to me will be printed on flyers and distributed on all their three sites in Toronto Canada.
