After I got a hair cut I was told the price was $2 more even though the posted price was $18 and up (depending on whether or not you got your hair blown dry, tinted, etc.), because the hair stylist got a promotion and she gets more money now. So, in essence, the consumer is paying for her promotion and not the Owner of the Salon. I feel this is a poor business practice and when I spoke to their headquarters people, they could care less about my complaint.
