I ordered four magazines from www.halfpricedmags.com. The magazines were rolling stone, spin, glamour, and cosmopolitan. I ordered them on June 4, 2007. It is now July 10, 2008, and I have still not received my magazines or a refund. My order is still on the website and it says it was processed. I also have my bank statement, and i was charged 20.98. I wish i would have researched this company before i placed my order. There are so many people who got ripped off by this person just like me. I just want my magazines sent to me or a refund. If this matter is not solved on this website, I will be contacting the BBB and the NY attorney general.

I too have been fighting with this company. I have found the information on the New York State Better Business Bureau, which has 2900 complaints against this company Owners Name Joel Simkhai HOME phone number from NY Property Records (212) 799-1365
