If you're looking for a good car buying experience, don't walk, but RUN from Hall's auto Sales.  If you get a salesperson named Tom, expect him to be a complete jerk.  Don't ask about price, he'll simply hang up on you.  They don't even care if you're using up cell phone minutes to call them, making it a complete waste of time.

Their website is pitiful when it comes to car shopping.  Not only is their sad excuse for a website not user friendly, every car is kept a secret how much the car is forcing you to call.  This is obviously their way of controlling their customers into paying as much as possible for a car, instead of offering good deals.
Anyone that buys a car occasionally knows that good customer service and offering great deals is the way to win customers, not hanging up on them and keeping it a secret how much cars are.

So you called in for pricing on cars.

A complete waste of the salesmans time. There is a saying about giving a price over the phone: The next sounds you hear are a click and dial tone.

He knows and you don't (obviously) that you will take whatever price he gives you and phone the next dealer and see what they say.

When they lower the price $500 or even $100 on a car you will go there instead.

So the last guy to talk to you about a particular car will get your business.

The "lucky guy" who gets your business now has to make a deal with you starting at his discounted price, and as most car sales are done at a "negotiated" price his life is going to be more stressfull for less pay.

Most smart Salespersons just give the manufacturer recomended price and if you push brush you off so they can get back to making a living.

If you really want to deal, you have to go face to face and not waste their time.
