Happy Rock Merchant Solutions, formally known as GOCAP Financial, is a direct funding company that provides financial solutions for companies across the company. Rick Gellar elaborated on the services of his company, "we provide financing to companies all across the country in a customized way that works for an individual business. Every business’ capital needs are different. Traditional banks don’t work for every business. We provide alternative financing. We do all types of businesses, not just small businesses."

Leads for Happy Rock Merchant Solutions are provided through a network of independent sales organizations across the country. This network act as brokers that source business to business sales. Basically, more communication, and more transparency."
