Complaint Review: Harris County Court - Houston Texas

The people who did this to my "DISABLED" brother have discarded of his unborn baby. "If it was his baby?" is missing. She was at least 8, to 8 1/2 monthes pregnant. She went flat and was telling everyone it collapsed. B.S! This womans daughter that just turned 18 was having a affair with my moms yard man, and anyone else that would clime through the front bedroom window. She got mad and accused my brother of assault, with a firearm because he was trying to protect her, and his home, from these nightly visitors. Her and her mom got a protective order against him, and used it to take everything the man owned. Her whole family showed up to clean out everything! And then had the balls 6 monthes later to claim his guns from the evidence room. AND GUESS WHAT PEOPLE? The Police, The district attourny, etc will not investigate it at all! They say there is no evidence. BUT! They prosicuted my brother with NO EVIDENCE! We recently heard from the yard mans "EXWIFE", that he was setup. That the girl my brother raised. Caused her to lose her marriage, and her ministry. This is only part of the scandal, and if you knew the rest. It would take along time to explain. Governer Rick Perry , News media, attournys, etc. should here about this. Much overwhelming needed support, Greatly Appreiciated! Thanks!

Ive lived in TX for the better part of my life. I have had issues where my car was impounded, where automobile wrecks have occurred and I had to rely on officers to "be" upstanding, as well as witnessing people who get into trouble with the law; and drowning thru the whole court/judicial process. With each and every instance, the court and system undeniably turns the whole debacle into absolutely nothing more than a revenue-stream. EVERY single thing that has to do with the judicial process is nothing other than a means to increase revenue. Double, triple, quadruple jeapardy on offenses, by means of having to pay, and pay and pay extremely unreasonable and outlandish fines, fees, dues, etc, not being tried and sentenced once, as the double jeapardy laws regulate, but tried and sentenced to paying fees and dues for the next four years. So much for cruel and unusual. The courts here have a blatant confict of interest, which is providing justice versus revenue income, and they have this system construed and managed to provide the maximum revenue. Forget about justice and honesty. "Justice for Texans" amounts to causing people financial hardship and injury. Sure, we all can say, "just dont get into trouble, and abide by the laws", yet, when you see school zones every four miles, where no schools are present, and cops hiding behind billboards just like the Dukes of Hazzard, you begin to think you are really at the mercy of a bunch of Hillbillies. We in Texas are being set-up and victimized by underhanded tactics, creating situations where motorists have no other option than to break the law, and the cop cars sit at the end of the road pulling them over one by one. Why is it that twenty five days out of the month I may see two cop cars on the 40 min ride to work, but one week out of every month, I see twenty to thirty cop cars out and about, pulling folks over left and right. No "quotas" eh?? Well, thats what they say anyways. Despite the obvious. Now with red-light cameras, further offering streams of revenue to the city, the slightest of offenses can have you paying 200.00 monthly for ridiculous court ordered classes, etc. And you know what? There's not a d**n thing anyone can do about it. Entire FAMILIES are voted into offices in some of our smaller counties, where two-thirds of the police force are related to one another. Maybe this is Mexico after all, at least the state govt is run just as honestly.

(we have tapes from people talking about the setup, and why it took place.) They stole EVERYYYYYTHING from his house. And now we just found out from the attorney, after Sept.7, 2006 somehow they claimed 2 of the three guns from the police. these guns do not belong to this family.

Roger, Contrary to what the Anti-Gun Folk's say about weapons, the history of the two guns can be traced to the original store of purchase this is if the weapons were purchased in the last ten or twenty years. Have the lawyer go back to the original store and request who the weapons. Heck, you can get the make, model number and serial number from the police report then go to the manufacture and they can tell you were it went after leaving the factory. Records are always kept! Yes, I believe you that there was sloppy police work and it happens all the time. In fact I have the police report/crime scene photos and autopsy report for my brother. So yes I do believe you! Please take a few deep breaths, calm down and organize your thoughts, then post a new report on this site. Start all over and hang in there!

Could you please explain exactly what your complaint here is? You bring up domestic assault, a missing baby, lies, personal protection orders, and rookie cops. However, in re-reading your posts, you seem to wander from one end of the spectrum to another, mis-spellings abound, with grammatical errors throughout, making the post very difficult to decipher. Did your brother have an attorney? Was his health problem documented and submitted to the court? How long was he with this person? Was the baby his? He was convicted for what exactly?? I understand that you're frustrated, and the anger shows in your posts, but slow down and try to articulate WHAT the problem is, WHY you feel there was a problem, and WHO created the problem. Was it the girlfriend or the court system? The purpose of this forum is to put others on notice when a company, person or government agency rips people off, but in order for others to be aware, they need to know WHAT they're supposed to be aware of. Can we try this one again??

I apoligize. I am not picking, and making fun on all rookies. There are some that come on the force that are everyday people with "COMMON SENSE", and some are immiture, with an ego problem. Thank ya'll for this educational moment!

To remind you that after my brother was arrested. The Pinocchio family got a court orded protective order against my brother. Of course we know why. They stole everything out of his house! After that they started doing drive buys doing damage to my moms property. Again we know why. She cut off the money to Chris Pinocchio before my brother was set up and arrested! So boys and girls lets get back to the story about a rookie. These people decided to back over my moms mailbox, and left a piece of a tail light off of a Ford truck. So I took it own my own to go looking for this truck. Before I went over to the Pinocchio's house I used my head. I called several people on my cell phone to let them know what I was doing. So I can protect myself from these lyers. If you don't understand. The towers keep track of your whereabouts. On the way I made several calls. When I arrived close to the house I was seen Buy the pinocchio family, and did not see what I was looking for, so I left. I thougt they would call the Sherif's dept. and accuse me of doing somthing. but they didn't. they called the sherif's dept. and claimed it was my brother driving my truck, wich violated the protective order. Next a warrent was issued for my brother's arrest. So I called duputy Copher who took the report and tried to explain that they filed a false report, that it was me driving the truck, and why I was there. This young fella started using a very arrogant conversation with me, telling me that I was covering for my brother. By his attitued tword me, I could tell he was a rookie and would not listen. So deputy Copher if you ever read this READ MY LIPS! they caught the lyers in court. When you went to the academy, did they teach you the word Perjury? Great investigative work ROOOOOKIE. Hopefully, later in your career you just might get your act together. Oh! by the way. When you put on that badge and gun, does it make you SPECIAL? You need to grow up young fella.

The morning of the last day of trial I was talking to my brother about the sloppy investigation the police did. a feww hours later the D.A said exactly the same thing I did. When the police were questioned in the court about the alleged assault. they didn't know wich officer did the report. they were basically pointing the finger at each other. They did not take pictures of the so called injuries. They did not try to find witnesses. And they did not go into the bedroom where the so called incident took place, etc. Paula Pinocchio said her neck was red for a week. in this case don't you think it would turn to a bruse, needing medical attention? If the police would have done a investigation, my brother would not be sitting in jail.

Not to get things confused from the above report, I am adding it here. Just before my brother was arrested. Chris Pinocchio was about 8 months pregnant. Then she went flat. Me, my mom, and my brother was questioning were the baby went. She said she lost it, and it collapsed. We think it's B.S! She refused to go to the hospital, We know she didn't give it away, and baby bones don't just disappear. We think she dipossed of it. I called the police to investigate, and they would not do anything. Someone tell me what wrong with this picture.
