I began at HCI in So Orange in March 2005, after going through all the trial and tribulations the school closed while going through there law suit. The school enrolled students under fake pretenses they knew at the time in which I enrolled that they were going through a lawsuit.

After coming back to school after the school closed in August/September we were told that we were given a leave of abscence to get our kids ready for school instead of the truth. When we return from our so call leave our teacher resigned and went to another school. We were then left without an instructor so we wasted more time, the school then brought the director of education to teach the class CVT cardiovascular technology she was not educated enough to teach this course due to the fact that her medical background or education had nothing to do with the course in which I had enrolled for.

After not being comfortable with the instructor all of the students withdraw from the school except me I requested a leave of absence due to medical reasons. On the day I came in I spoke to Mr Delgado and was told that instead of my leave being approved I would be assigned as a withdraw per advisement of Mr Minnin the president of HCI.

Now I'm stuck with student loans from direct loan as well as loans from Access which belongs to HCI in which was not disclosed at the time when signing up for the school. I reported everything to all of the state channels in which we were given to this date nothing has been done to help resolve this issue. Also not only do I have a loan for myself I also have one for my daughter that is a student at the same school and on Wednesday the school senthome more paper work for her stating that I have to take out another pell grant for $1850.00 and she graduates next month. All of her funds were secured when she first enrolled at the school so why would another grant have o be applied for under the so call crossover student rule that they just made up. And then she found out today that the school is closing on Wednesday February 8, 2006 one month before she gradutes.
