HARRISON CAREER INSTITUTED MEDICAL ASSISTANT AVE JERSEY CITY, New Jersey
Harrison Career Institude promises me a future that was too far from been true. I was told that I will acquire a great job in the medicine field, once i acquire my certifications, and a medical asst. license, however all was nothing, but just a promise that never can true. Lack of equipments for training purposes, poor teaching method, and some time no teacher to teach for the day. Once I was done with what they called, a medical assistand program, they just told me that they will conctat me, for my diploma, and other information to go for my licese, which I never received. So far it been almost 6 years+, and I never got that diploma, even when I attended to get it, either by phone calls, or walked in. I never received job placement advises, or anything that will make me believe that they were working with me. So far I am still badly paying for over $9,000.00 student loan, and working in a field that has nothing to do with medicine. I contated the Direct Loan, regading this matter, and they advised me to contact the Deparment of Licesing from the state where the school was located. Searching in the internet regarding HCI, I found this site which I hope will help me to resolve this matter. Please contact me if there is any update on this matter, and any law persuit on this matter. I don't want to keep paying a loan for a school that did nothing for me, but just get me into debt.
