Hart Housing Group, Now Known As Hart Housing Modular Division Of Forest River Defective, wasn't inspected and misrepresented in their video on modular homes. Wakarusa Indiana
This company is a total rip-off. They sell manufactured homes of the poorest quailty. They used cheap materials.
It wasn't inspected, because furnace wasn't even hook up, windows were loose, roof was started wrong and leaks at all four vents, (put in wrong), J channel wasn't put on right and siding was started wrong.
They don't stand behind their work. When so many people have problems they change their names and started up as a new company. They are known as Hart Housing Modular Division of Forest River Housing, INC. Wakarusa, Indiana.
Please avoid purchasing a manufactured home from them.
