They claim they will reduce your principal and charge you for it, then blame you when they can't do it and try and talk you into letting them represent you in selling your home so they can make more money.

They claim to be real estate brokers, attorneys and Christians. You can prove they aren't two out of the three yourself by checking for their real estate licenses and Bar registration online, there is none. They prove they aren't Christians by their actions.

It passed 3pm on Monday. We havent heard from you. No escrow account, no email, no statement here either for anyone to verify.

You said earlier that you talked to both of the DA office in OC county and LA county and they offer to help you. Caught in another lie Raul !!! We called the Orange County and Los Angeles County district attorneys office, BOTH stated that they DO NOT provide arbitration, mediation services or represent an individual/company. They stated clearly that they only represent for the State. The lady at the Orange County D.A.'s office went so far as to say that you were lying to us and challenged you to provide the name of the person who told you that they provide these services so she could verify. We're not making this up Raul. ANYONE can look up the numbers for themselves, call ANY of them and ask either D.A.'s office if they provide Arbitration or Mediation for the public. If they have even the slightest doubt, I REALLY hope they will.

Since you can't man up, do the right thing or follow through on ANY of your responsibilities, we aren't wasting time with you anymore. We'll see you in court soon.

First, what possible motivation to we have to perpetrate a hoax? We are here because we are angry that you LIED TO US, TOOK OUR MONEY TO PERFORM SERVICES WHICH YOU NEVER RENDERED. If you had done the right thing and been men of honor we wouldn't be here. No hoax and any one with half a brain can figure that out. What to do if youve been scammed Learn from it. Basically, if youve been deceived online there seems to be very little you can do. Learn from it and spread the word, so others dont get caught. Its sad to think that people can be so heartless as to prey on decent folk looking for an answer to their current money woes. Unfortunately, for every type of personal pain, there will always be someone waiting to exploit them.

It's not a hoax. We should have done research on Raul and his partner, Jorge, before paying for the service that leaded us to this mess. We should have known that they don't have a website or an office and that they are con-artist. When the homeowners upside down and need help, these con-artist take advantage from the situations. Since this is a public site, I can not provide too much information beside letting everybody know about Havard & Hampton Professional Service.
