I am a victim of this company. Ive been in a battle of this company since early last year. They have done nothing to help and give you the run around. This is a scam. I am in the process of filing a complaint to the attorney generals office and getting my money back. This has been a nightmare. everyone on this scam is totally on the same page as me. I need everyone to file a complaint on line to the attorney general so they can prosecute the company. Please help to expose them. Get them out of business and go to jail.

Google " how to report fraud/scam". You find sereral websites and tips on how to report fraud or scam.

You can file a police report. Get a copy of the report to submit to your creditors and others that may require proof of the crime. Keep a log of all conversations including date, name, phone number, and the information provided.

File your complaint with the FTC. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Click on the link at left or call the FTCs identity theft hotline toll-free at 1 (877) IDTHEFT or (877)-438-4338. The hotline is staffed by counselors trained to help victims and take their complaints. The FTC maintains a database of identity theft cases used by law enforcement agencies for investigations.

It passed 4pm on Monday. We havent heard from you. No escrow account, no email, no statement here either for anyone to verify.

You said earlier that you talked to both of the DA office in OC county and LA county and they offer to help you. Caught in another lie Raul !!! We called the Orange County and Los Angeles County district attorneys office, BOTH stated that they DO NOT provide arbitration, mediation services or represent an individual/company. They stated clearly that they only represent for the State. The lady at the Orange County D.A.'s office went so far as to say that you were lying to us and challenged you to provide the name of the person who told you that they provide these services so she could verify. We're not making this up Raul. ANYONE can look up the numbers for themselves, call ANY of them and ask either D.A.'s office if they provide Arbitration or Mediation for the public. If they have even the slightest doubt, I REALLY hope they will.

Since you can't man up, do the right thing or follow through on ANY of your responsibilities, we aren't wasting time with you anymore. We'll see you in court soon.

It is all spelled out in here. You are a liar but you have the opportunity to meet us at the D.A.'s office, but you have to do the right thing which I know you won't because you are full of crap and a liar and you will tell more lies to get out of actually doing anything. You won't show up at the D.A.'s office for anything because you know there is a good chance you'll end up in HAND CUFFS.

We've accepted your challenge, you need to follow through on your part and we'll be there Tuesday as stated and we will also be there with our attorneys because when we are there and everyone sees that you are a liar and lying again, our attorney can file a fraud case against you at the D.A.'s office as well. So, let's do this at the O.C. D.A.'s office AND the L.A. D.A.'s office so we can file with BOTH.

IF you do really show up, bring our money and you might want to bring the number for your bail bonds man.

Please don't disappoint us Raul, be there Tuesday because we will be happy to getit resolved one way or the other.
