Hayes Equipment Non existant customer support Ponca City Oklahoma

Hayes Equipment sold me a remote starter for my generator.

This is a unit they manufacture themselves.

Unfortunately I did not receive the owner's manual for this $400+ product. When I contacted Hayes, I was flat out refused a copy of this manual, after spending all this money with them. They refuse a return of the product and I am unable to install it without the instructions. When I questioned their customer support Mr. Hayes hung up on me. In all my years I have never encountered such unprofessional behaviour. I don't understand how a company who treats its customers so badly is still in business. There must not be another equipment store within 300 miles of them.

If anyone out there could send me a copy of the installation instructions for the Hayes WSK1 remote starter for Honda eu3000is generator I will be happy to pay for your time.
