HCG Extreme Diet Never received product and was still charged $89.95, plus shipping Louisville, Kentucky
I ordered the HCG Extreme Diet pills on September 26, 2011. It is now October 18, 2011. I had a 14-day window to try the pills and if not satisified I was to return the unused portion of the medicine and not be charged the $89.95 charge. I never received the product in the mail so I called when I noticed that charge on my card. I was still told that I would not receive a refund if I didn't send the product back. I can't send the product back because I never received the product.
I have called several times, first time was able to talk to a representative but didn't get anywhere. Same as the other times, but the last time I called I stayed on hold for over an hour and still no customer service. A recording states they strive to provide the best customer service possible but won't answer the phone nor give my money back.
I have also e-mailed them without any response. This is a big time scam, they don't send out the product and charge you for it anyway. If we could file a class action suit against these people, it would suit me just fine.
