purchased headlights. cost actually seemed to good to be true. dealer wanted 4 times the price. parts are not OEM. parts aftermarket. item came to me damaged. called and spoke to martin whittington requested pictures from me. told me once pictures received, item will be shipped. all he needs is to send pictures to manufacturer for credit. called many times with no call back. finally called and told me to buy epoxy glue to repair headlight myself and would issue me a 5 dollar credit. who does that? is this how you treat paying customers? when i ask to speak to supervisor as i do not agree. he tells me nobody is higher in command than him. at that point i just dispute the charges with amex. and left negative feedback where i purchased. the nerve to tell me to buy epoxy glue to an damaged item delivered by fed ex. i am sure others are told the same thing by this martin character. i also filled a complaint with bbb and will continue to share my experience. It is atrocious how a company can allow an employee to be arogant and deny proper short to paying customers. i will continue to spread the word on their procedures. in a word disgusted. i purchased from auto light house for real service

i am disgusted with the level of service provided by martin whittington and headlightsdepot.com
not only have i been lied to. I was accused of damaging the product by martin whittington. he promised to call back and never did. when I reached him on the phone he put me on long long wait times. My issue is still not resolved and martin tells me that no one is above him. I do you have an operation and he is the top guy? something is fishy about these guys. Now I call today and was told martin Whittington is no longer with the company. Well what do i do now as a customer. I guess a charge back on my amex sounds right.
