I waited a month and a half to write this report hoping Antonio Chandler would make right the wrong he created. I am not doing this to defame him or to be vindictive, rather to warn people so they do not need to go through what my family has had to endure due to Antonio Chandler.

Antonio Chandler came to our home with the promise to pack, load, and unload, and set up our stuff in our home. We were moving from Zionsville, IN to Phoenix, AZ. He asked for a deposit and half up front. We gave him 2 seperate checks. He cashed both before he was supposed to. Antonio initially was very kind and easy to work with. He seemed geniune and sincere. In the following days and weeks we started to see his unprofessionalism and deceptive ways.

Antonio was supposed to pack our home Feb. 15th and move us out Feb. 16th. The morning of the 15th he was suppposed to be at our home at 7 am. That day we were up expecting Antonio and his movers to arrive, the hours passed by and we heard NOTHING from him. So around noon my husband called to see what was going on, no answer. We heard nothing until about 2 pm. Finally, he called and said that he was in the hospital and couldnt move us that day. He asked if we could push it out a week. We were happy to adjust. We told him however, we HAD to be out by midnight of the night of the 28th or our landlord was going to charge us half of our rent! He said no problem.

Antonio did come and pack up the house the next week, sort of, there were several items not packed properly and not packed at all! We ended up having to do a lot of the packing ourselves and even had to leave things behind. So the morning he was supposed come load the boxes in the truck was the 28th, the day we had to be out. He called to say he had no available truck to load and hopefully he could get one the next day. We told him that was not gonna work, that if we were in the house past midnight we were gonna have to pay half of the next rent. He did NOTHING to try to fix the situation.

The next morning, the 1st of March he called and said he was in the emergency room again and would not be able to make the move. He left us completely stranded. His workers that he used to pack the house were teenage boys, although he said he was going through health issues, which I don't believe because when asked for documentation he could not provide. He had no one in his "company" to cover the move, but him. He left us to do the work, the driving, the unloading, etc. He has kept our money with the promise to refund, it's been over a month and a half and we haven't recieved a penny! His business address is his home address. He runs a hussle, not a business! He does not have qualified movers, just him and his teenage boys. During the move he even asked us "What do you consider a rip off?" And in turn ripped us off!

There are several other reports on here stating similar instances. Antonio was also charged with 3 felony robberies, which you can look up the court docs on the internet. It appears that he intentionally robs people and leaves them in horrible positions when he "moves" them. We had to leave several of our possesions behind, we had to rent our own truck and trailor, he has kept our money, and he tries to give us the run around about refunds and excuses why it wasn't his fault that he screwed us over!

Antonio is not an honorable person. He needs to be stopped and shut down! My husband and I WILL be filing charges this week! Please for your sake do not use Antonio and if you do, give him NO money upfront and be prepared for the move from hell!

Why would people post false reports on here? We have no record of having items. Any job we do it is completed. So John looks like you are trying to cover your butt now because you screwed up. When anyone comes to talk too me,I will be glad to share any info they need. I have copies of the cancelled shipment and Heartland Movers have no shipments in their possession. [oops] Jokes on you. We don't have storage so we can't hold on to shipments unless customer provide storage.

I will keep this short; Bottom line, I was paid for services done, and now they want me to pay them for added expenses they acrued. This is not a ripoff, just a mixture of business with friends. The Better Business Bureau have closed out this same complaint regarding this consumer, and I have the emails.

I have filled a complaint on this site before. This is a follow up and another report at the same time. Antonio Chandler wrote my last report off as fradulent, but he and my family know the truth. I find it sad and pathetic to think that Mr. Chandler really tries to convice whom ever reads these reports that 6 stangers have nothing better to do than to write bad reports. Also, in one of the reports he said it wasn't valid because they don't accept personal checks, he had no problem taking our $1750 personal check and cashing it!

Mr. Antonio runs a business with a couple of teenage relatives doing the work. Several items were broken and stolen in the packing of our stuff. We were left 2 weeks later with a house full of boxes and being told they would not be moving us from Indianapolis to Phx, AZ. (Which I covered in my last report) Never mind the fact that Mr. Chandler made sexual advances towards me, I have to text messages and he and I remember the comments made, he also was severly drunk at least twice on the job, one of the times he couldnt even make it home and passed out on our couch, yes I have pictures.

I don't want to repeat my last report, but would like to inform that we were given a check to make the situation better! It wasn't the full amount, but it was at least something. The check was RETURNED as NSF! We contacted Mr. Chandler trying to get some resolve, make payment arrangments, anything! Of course there were commitments made, none that have been followed through with. Mr. Chandler eventually closed his bank account! Antonio Chandler is a bad business man and someone that can't be trusted. We have tried to contact him to try to figure out a solution. He has been given the befefit of the doubt. I write this report to warn anyone who is thinking of using him or his company! The move was horrible and him trying to "make everything right" has only been a fradulent check that has never been able to be cashed, fees in our account for depositing it, and broken promises and lies from Mr. Chandler! It's very sad that he still has a business. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to stop him from doing to others what he has done to us and to get back every penny he has stole from us! I'm sure he'll mark this report as fradulent too, but I don't care! I just hope if you do read this you think long and hard before trusting him or his company! I would hate for you to have the same experience we had!

I,m not going to write a book on this situation, but the truth of the matter is, that some people want you to do something for nothing. These people are the real cons. We offer and have references to prove our work. The day we set up this move, they presented me a check for services and told me not to cash it until they told me to in which i did. The only deposit I asked for was a fourth of the balance, they wanted to give me half up front and balance on delivery. I then stated that I do not have interstate authority to travel to Arizona but I will get it packed up and loaded for them if they choose to get their own truck in which they did. I did do the service for them, but they wanted me to rush over to them and get this done asap because they were breaking the lease. For the money they paid me, I provided boxes, packed their entire 4 bedroom house up and loaded a 26 ft truck and a small trailer. So the real reason that they put out this report is because I did not move them to Phoenix. They should have did everything, then it would not have been a problem. I tried to help, but once again, I get the complaint. Our attorney is working to have these negative complaints removed, and by the way, what proof do ripoff report have to keep posting these complaints. We have proof to back up everything and have over hundreds of positive references.
