I have been trying to get the space leased in the mall from last 4 years continously. I have been in consyant touch with heather kinsel every year and she refuses to show the space even if 30 to 40% stores are available in the mall.
I have done business in the mall previously and in one of there other mall and have excellant credit rating and tennant record. I fail to understant what is her problem.
If you see in altamonte mall almost all of local tenants have left this mall, and this trend started after heather kinsel came on board. Before her was gail hatta and she was excellant in leasing and 100% of mall spaces were leased.
I think she is a RACIST person and has been creating a bad example. Earlier to her I remember there was JONATHAN G.M and he used to trouble tenants like hell. People like her should be sacked.
