Placed an order for fabric and laces. These are specialty items and not available at most brick and mortar stores, required for serious fashion doll clothes. Order was to take up to 72 hours to process and then be shipped via Priority Mail, so I allowed 6 business days. After 2 full weeks, I contacted them for an order status, which I did through a contact form on their website, no email address was given. After the first and second requests provided no answers, I started calling. At the same time I put in a third written request, stating my next request would be a call to my bank to rescind the payment and report them for fraud. I called many times. The phone would ring 10 or 12 times and I heard a recording " this mobile customer is not available" or a recording " memory full, no message will be recorded" or it would ring once and then I would hear very loud static. So now it's over 2 weeks since my card was charged, and no merchandise, but what really raised the red flag is that I am unable to contact the "company."
