Help in Essays /CUSTOM WRITING SERVICE/Blue Snap False and Misleading Advertising AND Fraud Internet
I have complaint against a custom writng company called Hep in Essay. Their website advertised that they have qualified writers for different type of wrtings and subject and their company provides premium quaqlity writikng services and also that their writng is finished within deadline and they provide several drafts if the customers are not satisfied with the paper they will provide several drafts and if nessesary they will change the writer. If the customer still not satisfied they will refund the money.
I realised how misleading their website is after I ordered a paper from their company. I paid for a premium quality paper and also paid extra to get it in 4 days. I uploaded all the documents required and left detailed instruction for the writer so they will know what I require in the paper. I also asked for a writer who was familiar with the type of writing I paid for.
The company assigned me a writer who didn't know how to write that type of paper at all and when I got my first draft after 2 days I was shocked by it's lack of standard. It was no where near a premium quality paper it looked like a highschool student has written the paper not a professional writer.
Then I contacted the customer service and asked them to assgin a different writer for my paper and informed them to notify me when could I see the mext draft as I needed the paper by the deadline and couldn't give any extra time. I contacted them repeatedly after that to ask about the draft and every time I asked they just told "Don't worry you will get your paper on time" When I didn't get a draft or a final paper 5 hours before deadline I asked to speak to the manager directly and I was told that the manager was busy and couldn't speak to me and they will contact me soon.
I waited for nearly 2 days to speak to the manager but they kept telling me that the manager was busy. It was really hard for me to contact them as I don't live in USA nad due to the time difference sometimes I had to be awake until 4 am and waited to speak to the manager to resilve the problem but the customer service rep on online chat kept telling me the manager was busy and will contact me soon.
After the deadline I still didn't receive anything from the company and when I asked for a refund they kept pushing me to give the writer more time. I gave pn extar day but still didn't get the paper I paid for.
Finaly after 5th day I told them I didn't want to speak to any one any more and wanted refund and details of the contact person so I could take legal action against the company the customer service finaly sid they will refund the money but it will take 10- 14 days and might take more depending on the bank but never gave me any details for a contcat person for their company.
The website doesn't show a physical address or give any contcat details who you can contact if you have a complaint against the company. They don't have a complaint link or a feedback link to post your feedback or complaints.
On their website in my account it is showing that my order has been refunded but I am still waiting for the money to show up in my bank. I placed the order on 24th April and they said they refunded the money on 29th April.
The whole experience was very stressful and left me with very short time to write the paper by myself as I didn't have time to place my ordre with another company. The lack of interest from the managment towards their client was unbelievable and the advertisment in their website was misleading.

My guess was right and it looks like I have touched a nerve with you. You are most probably assosiated with the company I complained about may be the writer?
OTHERWISE I DON'T SEE WHY A NORMAL PERSON WOULD ZERO IN ON MY REPORT AND TRY TO DISCREDIT ME.
Since I don't know you and you obviously don't know me I DONT HAVE TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAPER AND WHY I WANTED IT to you. You are just a random person to me and I have reported this company so others are not foooled by their advertisment.
By making personal comments like this you are verbally attacking me and I'd like to inform you that it is a type of bullying incase you don't already know or don't care.
Stop harrasing people like this specialy when they haven't done any harm to you.

Almost right on queue...someone catches you in a lie and you of course try to rationalize your using this "service".
You rationalize it by saying that you aren't using it for grades...Okay so let us think about other things that may require essays or papers to be written in a certain style that come with a deadline.
Well the deadline pretty much knocks out anything of a "pleasure" or "personal". I doubt this is a love letter to your significant other. We can also probably rule out a things such as Wedding Vows, or acceptance speeches. So what does that leave us with.
You made a point to say you weren't using it for a grade.
Okay so what if it was a "Pass/Fail" situation..after all that isn't a grade.
Perhaps you had to write an Essay as part of the Admissions Process for a school.
Perhaps it wasn't anything to do with school, so how about your profession as part of your daily work?
Perhaps you were writting an "industry article" for a Web or Paper magazine.
But what do all of those have in common? If you fail to give credit to the actual writer you are comitting academic or professional dishonesty and if found out you would deserve everything you got if you got expelled or fired. Oh and how do I know you were not going to give this company credit for doing the writing. Very simple, you refuse to say what the paper was supposed to be on. As if you were not ashamed or trying to hide something you would say exactly what your purpose was.
So you can of course say that this isn't about you it is about this company and how they Ripped you off. Which if you think about it is really a parallel to a drug addict going to the police because a dealer stiffed them after they gave the dealer $20.
In closing, while I probably shouldn't tell you this and let you just continue to loose money and credibility. Realize that about 95% of these companies you find on the Internet are 100% scams. They also exist because there are still people who want to take the "easy" way out instead of doing the hard work they need to do. You may find that some will actually give you a "professional" quality paper...well that is until you realize that they just pulled it off of the Internet and the moment you turn that in you are guilty of plagiarism.

In regarads to the the 1st rebuttal
First of all just beacuse this company provide custom papers that doesn't mean it is only used by students for grades.
This service can be used for many other reasons and I don't need to provide details about my reason unless this is required by this website or asked by someone who is willing to help. I am sure other customers of this company were also not satisfied but because of people like you they are reluctant to report it.
More importantly This website was created to report the companies that has riped off their customers and that's what I am doing so please let me mind my own bussiness and keep your opinion to yourself unless you can help someone.
Also it is customer's right to get a product or service before deadline any they do not need to extende it.
I am not sure why you left a judgmental comment on my report do you do that to everyone's report or you are associated with the company some how?

Funny how you are writting a "RipOff" report on a company for cheating you, when you were trying to cheat. Sort of ironic don't you think. So you are getting exactly what you deserved. If the best thing that happens out of this is that you loose a few dollars and have to write your own paper you got extreamly lucky.
Now, of course you are probably going to come up with dozens of reasons to try and rationalize why you were having someone try and write your paper. But that is exactly what they are, they are are rational LIES.
Of course if you think you did nothing wrong, why not talk to your professor about extending the deadline so you can find someone else to write your paper? I think we all know your answer to that.
