Help U Rent the fee is $95(non-refundable) which is a total rip-off. The office is not providing any kind of help. Their database is horrible. They are listing on craigslist which is free. Internet
The help-u-rent website and local office are uninformative. You pay them for a non-updated listing. They are listing properties on craigslist which is a free website, so why charge a person looking for a property to rent. If a property is not found, the fee is non-refundable. What help is this service?
