In November 2010, I placed an order at herbalremedies.com for an expensive liquid vitamin supplement and one other item.
After I ordered, I was notified that one probiotics item (I only ordered 2 items) was on backorder. I then immediately requested cancellation of the backordered item so I could buy it locally and received a confirmation that my cancellation request had been received.
Now, over two months and several emails from me later, I still have not received the refund for the canceled item.No one at herbalremedies.com responds to my emails (which I sent to two different email addresses) asking about the status of my refund. No one answers the customer service line. Their website link, When Can I Expect My Refund, is broken and leads to an error page. Their Contact Us page with the "Contact Wizard" boomerangs back to the same page so you can't use said wizard to contact them.
They seem to know people are trying to contact them and they're avoiding their customers. In this case, an EX-customer as I will NEVER, EVER order from them again and would not advise anyone else do so either.
