On 5/25/04 we purchased a used RV from Roy Robinson RV in Marysville, WA at this time we also purchase an extended warranty through this dealer with Heritage Administration Services for $4885.00. This was a 4/48 contract with a service contract refund guarantee. We had no warranty claims during the 4 years so on or about 5/5/08 (the expiration date) I submitted the proper claim form through the dealership for our $4885.00. I called the heritage number numerous times and was told the claim was accepted and payment is in process. It is now 17 months later and nothing.....I submitted a file to the Washington State AG's office and have been told they have gotten no response from Heritage on this matter and there is not much more they can do. Today I called heritage and got directed to the website concerning GPR's (guaranteed price refunds), after reading I called back to get clarification and was told it means they are not paying on the contracts...
How come when I sign a contract I have to abide by it but big bussiness does not.....
What else can I do??? $4885.00 is a lot of money these days!!
