I have been waiting for 6 months for reimbursement. I have placed numerous calls to the administrator of the contract only to be told that my claim is approved but they have not received the funds to pay my claim. I did receive a call with an offer to purchase additional coverage and they would reimburse me for the amount owed by Heritage within 7 days if I paid the full amount. Around $2700 for two years. The whole thing is a scam. We need to unite & go after Heritage.
