Hermanos Loan Company Very Rude!! Houston Texas
I called to the office that I found online and asked criteria for getting a loan. After recieving the information requested, I arrived at the location 2 hours later. The representative proceeded to take my information. She stated, after recieving my documents, that the company does not allow child support, social security for children nor adoption substidies. The next representative called a 'verification office' to see if I was qualified. She did not give correct information that I gave her. After speaking with verification office, she informed me that I did not qualify because I had not lived in Houston for 1 1/2 years and had not been on my job for over a year. I accepted the decision after I questioned it. I realized that I had locked my keys in the car and asked to use the phone to call for roadside assistance. While waiting for the company to take my information, the representative informed me that she needed the line to be opened so I had to hurry. I was then in tears. I then waited outside in the 100 degree heat for a locksmith. When I arrived home, I found a number to a sister store in Mac Allen that gave me the home office in Mac Allen. The representative at home office gave me a number in Houston, a man called Ben, that was located next door to the office of the original complaint. I called Ben, told hime that home office had given me his number. He was very stern, yet rude, and allowed me to get very few words in. He stated that if I couldnt give him the location of the store the I dealt with then he would not listen to anything that I had to say. I told him that he was just as rude as the representative of the original stire and that I would call home affice again. I then called the home office and asked to whom I could file a complaint against this individual and the original store. She informed me that Ben had just informed her that I needed to call him back. He was the owners son.
