My concern is with the Hertz Corporation. I rented a vehicle during a time when Hertz advertised a special bonus: Earn 100 Bonus Reward points per day. My rental period totalled 62 days equalling out to 6200 bonus points. Eight weeks later, I have yet to receive these bonus points! When I called Customer Service I was instructed to wait 6 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks, I was told to wait another week! Really Hertz? I will NEVER rent a car from the Hertz Corporation again! Honor your promise Hertz! To add insult to injury, their customer service reps are rude and unknowledgable!
