Hertz Rent A Car ripoff Do Not Trust that they will have your rental Dallas Texas
About three weeks ago I neede to rent a car as a prospective client was coming into town, he used to work at Ford and helped with the Excursion Line and that is what he wanted to travel in. I called around and hertz came back saying yes, we have one in Dallas, but at a different airport than the one I neede to pick up my client from. No Problem I will go get the car and being it to him. Confirmed the reservation, called to check and make sure they would have the car. Showed up at the airport and not only do they not have the car I was promised they "haven't carried anything bigger than a Mustang for a long time" says the attendent??? Now because I have to go pick up at a different airport I am stuck out driving a Chevy not a big deal to me, but a deal breaker, the client took a cab. So thanks. Now the other half after contacting Hertz I got an e-mail that told me no one would say such a thing, even though the last person I talked to had it documented.
