HH GREGG discourteous, misrepresentation, rip-off! Cleveland Ohio
Purchased a 32 inch tv 07/18/04. Assured delivery 07/22/04 (confirmed with delivery dept. 07/20/04). No delivery attempted. Contacted place of purchase, put on hold indefinitely by someone name DONNA, who insistst that there is "nothing she can do about a t.v. that she didn't sell me."
Spoke with LARRY, who identified himself as an Operations Manager. "I can refund the cost of delivery. But not until you have actually received the set." After making several more phone calls, I have found that this store has sold me a television that they do not have. I'm assuming I'll be waiting several weeks for my refund-the tv in question has been paid for in full-inclulding delivery charges!
