HH Gregg defective ESTATE washer Indianapolis, Indiana

We purchased an ESTATE washer from HH Gregg. After installation, the water valve would turn on and off in rapid succession and the water flow would slow down and speed up on its own. It had a mind of its own. An HH Gregg technican came to our home and said that that was common with that model and he could not do anything. The problem has progressively gotten worse and the water flow has diminished. It takes a long time fo fill up the machine. I spoke with HH Gregg manager, Brian Berry, who told me that he could send another technician; but, it would cost me more than the cost of a new washer. he offered 5% off on a new washer. Obviously HH Gregg is not interested in service. I am going to replace the washer at a big-box retailer or internet store. HH Gregg has lost its customer service and they have lost me as a customer.

If this is still year 1, the mfr is responsible and service visits are free. If you are relying on the store, your are getting bad advice.
