I've actually run into the same problem with my delivery rebate on a mattress I bought from them. I just went into the store told them what was going on, showed them what I was sent from the rebate company, and the copy of the rebate that I sent. They gave me a refund for the amount that the rebate was supposed to be. Also keep in mind that regardless of who the rebate is supposed to be from (manufacturer or the store) the retailer is legally responsible for the customer getting their money back. Hope that helps
