hifi sound connection i ordered a radio from this co. and it did not work nixa, Missouri
i bought a radio from this co. and it did not work. i tried the service dept. waited for over 40 minites while trying to chat on line with them. i told them of the problem and after another hour they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back then they would check out the defective unit and send me another used one. i paid extra shipping to have this unit shipped for the customer was waiting to get there vechicle back. i finally shopped eleswhere. they charge a 20% restocking fee on a defective item. who knows if i will get any refund.
