I ordered one of the dog banks the beginning of December. My bank paid the 21.99 charge. The item was suppose to ship within 24 -72 hours. I have never received this order. I have sent several emails to the address listed on my order confirmation email but have had no response. The phone number on the bank charge is not a working number. Totally bogus company.
