 I purchased two Doogie banks on November 30, 2016. My credit card was charged on December 2nd. I received an email confirming my items were getting ready to be shipped. No tracking information was provided. I never received my items. I emailed on December 16th to find out how to receive a refund. No response. The link to the page is no longer working. I delayed sending a Christmas package waiting for these items. My package ( minus these items) arrived late.
