These guys sold us a collar a couple of weeks ago that simply couldn't work for us. There website claimed that the unit "Works with iPhone and Android"

However, when I received the package, there was no instructions on how to use the B-16 Phone Controlled Dog Training Collar, or any other form of paperwork. As this is a unit that requires an App to work, this was a little strange. So where do I get the App?

After a couple of days fighting these folks and being lied to, it turned out that the Android App for the unit was not even finished! I was told by their President Nick Bonge, that even if it did get "released in a week or two it may not work on all devices."

I was offered free batteries for the inconvenience, FREE BATTERIES for something that DOES NOT WORK!

To date, I'm still waiting for the App, which is supposed to be released on Dec 1st 2014. So we'll see. I noticed that since I made a fuss that these guys now have a small note on their website (Hard to notice amongst all the other jargon,) stating that the App will not be available until Dec 1st.

Shame that was not there and pointed out BEFORE I or anyone else brought this product for the Android system!

I kept a copy of the original website, to prove they didn't have that little note up BEFORE I called and camplained.

Oh, and good luck trying to call their so caLLED CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT...  ha!
