While your report is almost impossible to decipher, it appears that you are talking about the deposit that they "hold" for any incidentials that you may charge while you are there. These incidentals may include things such as phone calls, Internet, Pay-Per-View movies..etc. Depending on the hotel the amount "held" may be anywhere between $25-$200+ per night.
If you don't use any extra services the full amount will be credited back to you when you check-out. If you use some the amount will just be deducted from the amount returned to you.
Now, it also appears as if you were using a Debit Card instead of a Credit Card. The way Debit Cards work is not the same as a Credit Card. With a Debit Card they actually pull the money from your account, where with a Credit Card it is actually just held and nothing is charged until you check-out.
