Hipelectro.com aka Theresa Perkins sold me a gps device which i never got. sneaky b*stards do not answer phone but send fake emails Rosedale Maryland

Paid for a GPS device with an Amazon gift card as instructed on their check out page (Yes, mea culpa, my own stupidity).
Their check out page said credit card payments were accepted through Amazon, click on their link to amazon and bought a gift card which was reedemed right away and i never got my shipment, scheduled for May 7th or 8th 2013 according to the only email they sent me in spite of at least 7 requests for tracking #'s and/or refunds.
They do not answer the phone, only ask that you leave a message, which they never return, now they do not even respond to my emails.
