called Nationwide for a medical policy, Spoke to a Kimberly Love, stated she was a certified medical insurance agent and a health advisor for Nationwide inssurance. She then STATE she  found the best policy to meet my needs. ( FULL COVERAGE MAJOR "MEDICAL INSURANCE") She stated that the insurance was an 80/20 plan with a 5,000 deductable. Primary care visit $15.00 , specialist,$25.00 Urgent care $50.00 and the ER was $200.00 My full coverage mediccal insurance would cover any medical issue to include prescription drugs that may be prescribed my my Phicincian. I asked her if my Own Primary care doctor took this insurance she was selling me. She told me "YES!" I repeated my question to her again. Ms. Love informed me not to worry, my Primary care doctor was listed in this particular plan (MULTI PLAN PPO OPEN NETWORK) Thos was the plan she was selling me. underwritten by unified life Insurance Co.

My Medical coverage was to start at the begining of the month 03/02/2016. I WOULD GET MY MEDICAL CARD AND PERSCRIPTION CARD IN THE MAIL WITHIN 7-10 DAYS.

***** IN THE MEANTIME I WAS TO GO TO THE www.HIQuoatecustomers.com site and print out my TEMORARY CARDS!

Then Ms KIM LOVE stated: I'm going to put you on hold for a moment and another agent is going to come on the phone to ask you some questions, just agree with everything she says, it will make it a lot easier to proceed. If you have questions she will have to send you back over to me and we will have to start all over again.

Another women ( Clearly an english speaking knowlegable person ) She went over the same things that Ms. Kim Love had just previously stated. However, this person on the phone spoke so fast that I truely didnt hear her correctly or understand what she was saying. ( I just remember what Kim Love had strongly advised me to do when speaking with this lady)

They took my first months premium (US $585.00)on my debit card and advised that my monthly medical coverage payment would be automatically taken out of my account at the 2nd of every month.

Over the weekend, I became very ill, I tried calling every number available, to np avail. I even called NATIONWIDES NATIONAL 24/7 PHONE LINE..  The SUPERVISOR ON THE OTHER END HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.

She advised that Nationwide does sell Temporary insurance but not a full coverage policy as I was refering to.

I ADVISED HER THAT I NEEDED TO GO TO URGENT CARE DUE TO AN ILLNESS THAT WAS GETTING PROGRESSIVELY WORSE AND DANGEROUSE. She advised that I seek medical atttention right away, and to call Ms. KIM LOVE ON MONDAY MORNING!

First thing Monday morning I called the Nationwide phone number to speak to Kim LOVE  ( 800)-533-5125... I was not able to get through to her, she was busy numerouse time that I called.

I finally got ahold of a gal by the name Natile who also worked in the Health advisor center. She said Ms. LOVE was busy.

Natile advised me to go to the www.HIQuotecustomer.com site and print out my helth cards.

I went to the site, printed the cards as she advised that I do. When I read  the cards they clearly stated that these cards are NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH MEDICAL COVERAGE CARDS.

THE PRESCRIPTION COVERAGE CARDS ARE   Rx Cards that you can get for free onthe internet. They are a simple discount card available for free to anyone.

I called the Nationwide Call Center back where I had spoke with Ms. Kim Love and Natile. I spoke with yet another representative that tried to answer my questions. ( THEY ALL CONTRADICT EACH ONTHER)

I STATED I WANTED TO CANCEL MY POLICY AND A FULL REFUND FOR THE MIS REPRESENTATION THAT WAS PRESENTED TO ME AS MEDICAL INSURANCE.

a SUPERVISOR CAME ON THE PNONE, tried convienceing me that I had it all wrong and that I did have Insurance, it was TEMPORAY INSURANCE!  and That it was clearly explained to me when i signed up.

I told her to refund my money in full and cancel any account that I had signed onto, I felt that I was completly misreapresented, lied to and this company was being intentionally fraudulant.

She stated she would refund my account the $585.00 and terminate my policy.

I called my bank imeadiatly after hanging up the phone and advised them that I had been scammed by this company!

I still have not seen a dime of the money they promised to returned to me!

This is still an open case....

THESE PEOPLE ARE PERFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST!  BEWARE!
