Hola Auto Sales Scott ,Chris Hola ,Scott, illegally repossed my car Doraville, Georgia
I made 8 months payments and1500$ deposit on a 99 Lexus.I missed 2 payments of 180$ At this time Hola decided to reposses . I paid a cab 50$ to take me to Hola to make payments in full. At this Scott refused to accept my payment and demanded I pay 6000$ or take my cash elsewhere.

I am pleased to say I found a new car. if anyone is interested reply and I will give you the dealerships info...... Please do yourself a favor stay away from Hola Auto sales

YOUR ANSWER: Yes.
QUESTION: Were you late on any payments?
YOUR ANSWER: Yes.
QUESTION: Did they repo the car because you were late just like the contract said?
YOUR ANSWER: Yes.
They picked up the car because you failed to make payments on time. Once they did the repo, they are under no obligation to continue to business with you. Nothing illegal here but you tell us what your legal analysis of your case indicates to us novices.

According to your signed agreement, how many payments are you permitted to miss before they can repo?
