This attorney is a joke! I do not know how he even has his license (he is on probation with the state for taking someones money and leaving state and not representing his client but still practicing, at least thats what it says online with the state, look for yourself). His representation in the courtroom (if he shows up, is the worst I have ever had in all my life). Rockledge is a small town and after having him represent me I was told by many people that the man smokes pot daily and acts like he is 12 years old and jokes about what lousy service he provides. How this man could have passed the bar amazes me after how he handled my case (I would have been much better off representing myself). Anyway, I could say much more but I believe I have said enough and shame on you if you do not listen and use this man to defend you (you will deserve the lousy service you will get). Because if you do you will learn the hard way as I did but unfortunately nobody warned me first.

First and foremost, I have never had a client named Beth and the Florida Bar can check. I have never been on probation, stolen anything, or had issues leaving the State. The Florida Bar has me listed as a member in good standing. I do not use an illicite drugs and I could pass any random drug test if given. All of the allegations are defamatory. There has never been a complaint forwarded to my office regarding a missed court appearance, lousy service, or believing that I used pot. It is my belief that the allegations are being made in retailiation to my parents suing a local con artist who changes his business name regularly. Good thing Congressmen Posey's office has been contacted about his predatory practices. The reason he would put these allegations online is because he has had numerous complaints about him online and it is free for him to tarnish my reputation but $2000 for me to arbitrate. The Florida Bar has a hotline if a client had a compliant. I will be subpeana Rips Off Reports to obtain the IP address of the individual so we can address the defamation in the local Circuit Court.
