This Troy agreed to clean a property for homeowners who lived out of state as he lived next door and had their number from when owners bought place. The owners hired a property management company as the renter had defaulted on rent payments. In the interim of property management company doing legal notices etc, pre eveiction, the tenant left and told Troy next door that key was in lock. This was done before tenant could be served and thus evicted. Troy called homeowners and said he would save them money and would change locks, clean and remove possesions from house. this is a 2 bedroom 1 bath as well as do minor repairs such a fan replacement, closet door addition so a total trash out/ cleaning and repairs ALL for $250.00 Homeowners jumped at chance as vendor would normally cost 4-600.00 Troy DID NOT clean property, trash was left and did not do minor repairs, Troy changed the locks. When property was STILL not done, photos were sent to homeowner by property management as they could not rent property and homeowners were losing money. Homeowners called and and wanted to know why property not finished. Troy said as far as he was concerned the trash out alone was worth the fee and he would be doing no more. Homeowners said they are not paying but the customery $175.00 tat vendors charge for trash out and Troy threatened lean on property. Homeowners just wanted him to go away and paid. An additional $480.00 out of pocket by homeowners to get property rent ready and job done correctly. THIS COMPANY AND TROY ARE CROOKS and take advantage!!
