After e-mailing back and forth several times on 02/07/2012 with HomeFurniture2Day (through Yahoo! Store Order System) and an employee by the name of Jessica, I ordered four Hammery occasional tables.  I was told that the coffee table and one end table were in stock and would be shipped within ten business days (even though their website states that most orders are shipped within 4 - 7 business days).  The remaining two tables were backordered until 3/20/2012.

When the ten business days had come and gone, I e-mailed that company, again.  Jessica replied that they had thought that the two backordered tables were going to arrive earlier than 3/20/2012, so had held up the shipping of the two in stock tables.  But, that they were ready to be shipped and that I would have them the next week.  That did not happen nor did I receive any explanation as to why.

Two days ago, I contacted HomeFurniture2Day.com and requested a delivery date and have yet to hear.  I will call, today, and will continue to call the number on their "contact us" web page (877-337-5530) until I have some answers.  I am concerned as my Visa account was charged $1215 the day I placed my order, 2/08/2012.  So they've had the use of our money and we have nothing.  I even questioned why we were charged before delivery in one of my e-mails to the company, but that issue was not addressed in the responding correspondence.

It seems we're not the only ones unhappy with this company.  Hopefully, I can save somone else from being ripped off.  Can you help me?
