Well I thought I had it bad, untill I started reading some of your stories. I am really sick now.

Through a series of events we ended up behind in our payments and now we receive harassing phone calls every day of the week, any time of day several times a day. At first we tried to talk to the so called "customer service" people, but they were so rude and argumentitive that it was pointless. They do not answer any question I ask, and just push and push for answers to their questions. They actually yell, and call you stupid, make snide remarks under their breath, then act like they did not say what you clearly heard them say.

It does not make good business sence to treat people so poorly and push so hard, that I would rather file bankruptcy than pay that d**n payment every month. Why on earth would I give my hard earned money to a bunch of idiots that cant see that they would get alot further if they would show some compassion.

I used to make a concerted effort to get them the payment by the first, but now I resent the hell out of them for how they treat me and so many others, that I could care- less.

They have ruined my credit, so what motive do I have to NOT take that final step, and file the bankruptcy? I will tell you... NONE! It would be a relief, So I go back to renting for a while... it would be worth it to see them NOT get another dollar from me!

They have made me a bitter and depressed person, how sad is that? Do they give a d**n?, NO, not about me, not about my 3kids, not about you and your family for sure, and certainly not about doing whats right.

This loan was and is the biggest, and most costly mistake in our lives.

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY .. AND WARN EVERY PERSON YOU KNOW!!!

The next letter I write will be to my government officials. We have to do somthing to STOP the MADNESS!

J.C. is absolutely correct. It seems as though everyone has similar stories to tell. This response is actually to the rebuttal of your report. Paying on time does not matter to HomEq Servicing. I am being threatened with possible foreclosure for for owing (2) months plus attorney and late fees. This has been an on-going battle since November 2002. Worse than that, I have (20) months worth of "Not Checks" but "Western Union" reciepts to prove it! HomEq states that this is irrelevant, the bottom line is "I am required to pay what they show on their records"!

I understand you concerns we do try to get the payments from our customers and some may come off rude but the bottom line is you need to pay your bill. You state something happened to where you could not pay your bill that is not out fault if you borrow money you need to pay it back bottom line. If you are self employed and living on that money and your clients dont pay you your kids will lose out that is taking food out of their mouths just like you not paying homeq. Homeq needs to pay their bills to you prevent that when you dont pay on time. When you got the money you were so happy remember if we would have told you then that if you dont make the payments we would call you and harass you, you would have said ok cause you wanted that money so dont complain now what ever happens in life is not our fault you need to pay your debts dont borrow money if you cant pay it back
