Do Not buy a car from this dealership!! It has been the worst mistake of my life!!

I live in Arlington & I drove 1 hour to McKinney because they advertize their cars the cheapest in town witch later I realize it was a scam to get you to the dealership. The car I looked at online was 2 thousand dollars more when I got there.

The salesperson showed me a 2008 LX Honda Accord that it had scratches & needed to be detail inside. I was promise that they would repair all the scratches & will detail the interior within 2-3 business days & it would look "brand new". So I went for it, I got a call 3-4 days later that the car was ready. I drove 1 hours with my 1 1/2 year old in the car to find out that the car was fixed but they did such a BAD job! The scratches were not buffed out, they grabbed a marker/ sharpie and they painted/ mark all the scratches. The car looked horrible, like my one year old did the work. On top of that, the right left side back panel paint had dried up but it look like the car had tear drops & white stuff underneath the finish. I told the salesperson my dissatisfaction & he told me to come back next weekend to drop off the car to get fix correctly. That he was going to get with his manager to make sure it was done right.

Next Saturday, I drove another hour with my child to drop off the car & pick up a rental from them. The sales person told me he was going on a vacation but that his manager was going to call me when my car was ready. He was giving me a temporarily license place until Wednesday of that week because the car will ready by then. Thursday came around & I had not heard from no one at the dealership. Finally, I called the salesperson manager to find out the status on my car & he said "I did not even know your car was here & that they need to do anything to it". He was off that day but will give me a call on Friday. Friday afternoon they left me a message saying my car was ready.

Saturday I made another hour trip to pick up my car. I went inside ask a manager for my car & no one knew where my car was at or even that my car was there. Finally after 30-45 min, he comes out to give me my keys. I look at the car & nothing was done to the car. The car looked exactly the same way I left it last Saturday. I was so frustrated that the inventory manager came out & said he did not know my car was at the dealership but he was going to make sure all the issues on the paint were repaired. He promise to call me Monday or Tuesday to let me know my car was going to be ready. I wait until Wednesday to call & asked what was going on. He said my car was not ready yet! Thursday morning I sent him an email asking if it was ready yet & said yes I could pick it up anytime. I asked if because of all my inconvenience they could drop off my car to Arlington they said "no". I have sent several email stating that I was not going to make another hour drive, that they needed to drop off my car. I have not heard back from one & I'm driving the car they loan my with expire license plates.

To top that off, I was giving the option to buy an extended warranty that Saturday. I told them I had to think about it to give my until Monday & I would give them an answer. Monday morning I check my account & they had charge my account for the warranty without my authorization. Then I called right away to make sure they refund my money. They said I had to wait because the warranty had already been process & could cancel as soon as it was done processing. Well its been over 3 weeks & I still have not received my $605.00 back!
