Well, you really did not put much detail in to your report, so it may be hard to determine what has happened, however, this is not something you should be stuck with.
First of all, you should be able to prove that you did not go to the dealer and buy said vehicle. Go see the dealer, talk to the management and also file a police report for identity theft. Provide all of this info. to the credit bureaus and they will have to remove this crap from your credit reports.
